How it works

A clear path.
One outcome.

From kickoff to first sends, then qualified calls landing on your calendar after that.
01
Intake

Define the campaign.

A structured intake builds a custom client intelligence document. We agree on the ICP, the offer, and what "qualified" means for your business.

02
List build

Sourcing & validation.

A steady volume of contacts, scoped to your exact ICP, dual-validated. Catch-all and risky emails excluded before a single send goes out.

03
Outreach

Multi-touch sending.

Secondary domains, warmed inboxes, multi-touch sequences. Deliverability monitored. Copy is iterated continuously against real reply data.

04
Calendar

Qualified replies → booked.

We triage every reply, follow up across email and phone, and book qualified prospects onto your calendar. You only see the ones worth taking.

Why Sylven

Built by one
operator.

No account managers. No handoffs. The person designing your campaign is the person running it and the person you talk to.
Technical depth

The infrastructure is the product.

Sylven's core practice is automation engineering (n8n, custom APIs, Zapier, OpenAI) for active clients running on the same stack we use for outbound. The campaign is a system, not a content service.

Real skin in the game

We get paid when you do.

Most agencies bill a retainer whether or not a meeting ever happens. The performance fee structure means we lose money if we can't book for you. Same incentives, same outcome.

Direct line

One person, start to finish.

Ryan, based in Toronto, builds and operates every campaign personally. When you reply to a message, you get the operator, not a queue, not a junior, not a sales rep.

Ryan Nerby, founder of Sylven
The operator

"When you hire Sylven, you get me. I design your campaign, run it day to day, and answer when you reply. No account managers, no handoffs, no junior on the keys."

The fine print

Common
questions.

If something isn't covered here, ask on the discovery call. The goal is to send you an offer doc with everything in writing.

What counts as a "qualified call"?

Defined together during intake. The default criteria: meets your minimum revenue threshold, has decision authority for the offer, books the meeting on the call (not just opt-in), and shows up. If a booked call fails any of those, it doesn't bill.

Who is this built for?

B2B services and consulting firms with an offer that already converts on a sales call. The kind of business where a single signed client is worth far more than the cost of booking the call. If your model is e-commerce, consumer, or committee-buying enterprise, this isn't the right channel for you.

When do calls start hitting the calendar?

First sends go live once domains finish warmup. Booked calls typically begin to land as inboxes scale, building toward steady-state volume in the months after launch. We send Loom reports the entire time so you can see what's working before the meetings show up.

What's the contract structure?

Month-to-month. No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime. The monthly tech fee stops, any unbilled qualified calls settle, and that's it. There is no termination fee.

Do we own the domains and list?

Yes. Sending domains are registered to your business and redirected to your main site. The prospect list, intake document, and CRM are yours from day one. If you ever leave, you walk out with the infrastructure.

READY?

Put it on the
calendar.

A quick call. You tell us about your offer and your ICP. We tell you whether cold-email lead gen is the right channel, and if it is, we send an offer doc the same day.
